Design
We can mint your custom tokens with a personalised image and/or text of your choice. A matrix must be made for each side, and a share of the matrix costs will be accounted to you. Alternatively, you can use one of our standard logos free of charge. All logos remain in our possession.

For personalised logos, you should send us a design or a drawing by mail, fax or e-mail. Take into account that we will elaborate the design based upon the material you supply to us, and therefore cannot make a design without clear instructions from your side.

Optional
Your tokens can, upon payment of a supplement, be provided with a centre-hole.

Quality & finishing
The quality of the image and the measurements are meticulously controlled throughout the whole production process. The tolerance on the measurements of your tokens carries a maximum +/- 0,08 mm in thickness and +/- 0,05 mm in diameter. At the end of the production process, the tokens are cleaned and polished to maintain surface finish.

Packaging and delivery
Your tokens are standardly packed in strong plastic bags. Depending on quantity, destination and method of shipping, these bags may further be packed in boxes or wooden crates, with or without a pallet. The method of delivery is decided in consultation with you.
